The thrill never ends - from the moment we hit send on our Perk delivery communications, to watching Passholder sharing their rewards across our social channels, we know you’re curious about our process. While we won’t share ALL the details – there is a process behind it. We want to deliver on the surprise and delight factor – delivering sweet (or salty) rewards, and extraordinary experiences to you and your family members when you least expect it.
We made it easy - you are auto-enrolled! All Cedar Point Passholders (excluding Pre-K) are eligible to participate in the Pass Perks program. You're automatically enrolled in Pass Perks when you purchase and process a Season Pass!
After purchasing your Season Pass, create an account on Cedar Point's website and log in to the Season Pass portal. Note: You will need to register all other passes after your account has been created. This will allow you to view offers for all the passes tied to your account.
We will let you know! The primary communication to alert Passholders of a new perk is via email. Please note that if you have more than one Season Pass assigned to your email, you may receive multiple messages in your inbox with varying offers.
Earning is easy - Just Visit! The only thing you must do as a Season Passholder is visit Cedar Point. More park visits equal more opportunities to earn rewards! Fun fact – not all Season Passholders receive the same rewards! In fact – it’s likely that an entire household will all receive different rewards.
Reward deliveries will vary during the year. We want you to have every opportunity to redeem what you earn, even if it means fewer rewards are delivered during the slower months. You can expect a more frequent delivery cadence during peak season.
Pass Perks has a wide variety of rewards. In-season offers; you can expect discounts on snacky items, such as ICEE, popcorn, and cotton candy, as well as more meal-like items including hot dogs, pizza, and tacos, to name a few. There are even great Bring-A-Friend * ticket offers during the season, a great time to share the FUN with your friends and family.
Did we mention VIP Experience Lucky Drawings? Keep an eye out for visit to win it drawings this year. You can win packages and exclusive experiences that aren’t available to purchase but are custom-built by our experts in entertainment.
Off-Season Offers: Rewards are also offered during the winter season at each park from local and nationally recognized partners. These offers are not loaded to your Season Pass and are redeemable directly through the partner via promo code, which can be found in your perk email. This is a great way to support local businesses and partners of your park! The FUN continues even when we're closed – so be sure you renew early for to take FULL advantage of your Season Pass.
Not sure if you have any rewards? Visit your Season Pass Portal Dashboard. The dashboard keeps a log of all active, redeemed, and expired rewards for the entire season. Rewards for all passes will show in the dashboard, provided you have linked them to your account. Any Guest Services location can also tell you whether you have any offers on your Season Pass.
Redeeming is simple! In-park rewards are automatically loaded onto your Season Pass and can be redeemed by scanning your Pass where applicable. Check your email, text, or season pass portal to view all the information on the offer. This includes how long it is active, and the exact locations of where you can use it.
*Guests who utilize a Bring-a-Friend ticket must be accompanied by a valid Season Passholder. Perks cannot be transferred amongst Passholders and cannot be re-issued or redeemed after the expiration date. Perks have specific restrictions and disclaimers, so be sure to read the offer information carefully.
